This is called the Orton Technique:

This is a fantastic photoshop process that gets photos all dreamy and floaty and etheareal. It works well for landscapes, objects, and portraits that could fit this mood.

  1. I think it looks great. I love playing around with stuff like that. Now I just need to get my hands on Photoshop. I also loved the "eye pop" thing. Very cool.
