Joe's Birthday Cupcakes

* oversized cupcake liner
* devil's food cake
* homemade raspberry filling
* dark chocolate fudge frosting
* Ghiradelli's dark chocolate raspberry filled square

Um.... YUM.

Joe's favorite dessert flavor combo is raspberry with chocolate, so I decided to try to make something up for him to make his birthday extra wonderful. Needless to say, these were a hit!

  9. Emily, why must you keep torturing me with these tempting photos of delicious cupcakes. I'm dying! You need to make me some immediatly or tell me of a place in Utah where I can indulge some day.
    I LOVED your anniversary post. The sparkler picture in my head was perfect. You may quite possibly be the most nostalgic person I have ever known and I love it! Every mundane moment can be translated into a lasting memory.
