The Blanchard Family {St. Louis Family Photographer}

Loved getting to catch this family before they moved out of St. Louis. Both mama and papa are french horn players, and they had come to St. Louis for a year so Brian could play with the symphony. (Ah, how I miss the symphony... I used to get to sing in their chorale... *sniff* If only the stupid Mason dinners weren't on the same night as rehearsals...)

I digress. Anyway, Madelyn made sure to get in my calendar before they had to go, and we had a HOT, sticky, humid session in the summer... But had SO much fun in the process. Their babies are pretty much unparalleled in their cuteness. :) Especially Elliot-- that feisty little guy is a ham... See for yourself!

And this last series of shots--- MY FAVORITE from the summer. I call it my "Superman Photo Essay: Up Up and Away!"...

Did I mention how much I loved these guys? :)

Brian and Madelyn, best of luck to you and your sweet family in your new home and your new orchestra. Thank you for allowing me to grab these moments of you guys before you left!

  1. YAY! we DID make the blog! We had the greatest time and these photos will be treasured for years to come. A new friend came over the other day and looked through the photo book and also really loved that last pic with Elliott pointing his finger up to the sky! It is unique.
