Hiya.... Not Much To Write:

Tuesday, October 13, 2009

Kinda going through some garbage right now... Not really able to blog about it, for reasons I WILL explain one day, probably a couple of months from now. Suffice it to say that life is in a bit of an upheaval and my little family is being targeted unfairly... And there is a whole mess of stress and work as a result.

Which kills my mojo to be perky and inspired and pedantic and all the usual ELW stuff....

I know you guys care and I know you forgive me, and I know this will make many of you worry more than you need to. I just wanted to pop in to explain my lack of warm, jolly posts. What I DO have, however, in abundance, is CLIENT SESSIONS to blog. I get the feeling that the majority of my readers aren't here for the photos, but more for the candor and life randomness... But I hope you'll still enjoy the images I have been making recently. I am working so much harder these days to blog each session. (This is made possible, actually, by the help of a new company my friend Melanie has started, called Out of Frame-- OOF, for short. Mel is an outsourcing resource for photographers and the work she is doing for me has SAVED MY SANITY.... More on this later, when I am feeling upbeat and able to give this little OOF all the love it deserves...)....

Rambling now. What I'm saying is, I have photo sessions to blog because OOF has prepared the images for me. So in the absence of more cheerful, personal posts, please allow me to present some of my recent work to you for the next week or two.

And if you are TRULY concerned and need to check in with me, my email inbox is ALWAYS happy for friendly mail. I can talk more candidly in private.

Love to all... And get ready for some Emily Southerland Photography images!

I love your blog - sunshine or rain.
I hope it gets over soon, whatever it is.

PS - I know karate in case you need me to come out there :) Ok, I really don't, but I'd figure it out...
